I have bought multiple pairs of sunglasses, multiple watches, and several bottles of cologne over the years. I've never been dissatisfied and I know I got a great deal on each item. I've had to contact them once regarding an issue, and they took care of it. I don't understand the 3.6 star rating as I've highly satisfied each time and saved a lot of money. A++
