We ordered a watch from Jomashop. The watch arrived defective. We returned it promptly with a description of what was wrong with the watch. A month went by and we didn't hear from the company. When we contacted them they would not take care of the issue in the way that we felt would be proper given the situation that we received a defective product from them. This company has terrible customer service and the don't stand by the products they sell. That was our experience.
