I have purchased many fragrances from jomashop over the years (at least 20). I had an issue only once, and when I contacted them about my and my issue was immediately resolved. Great customer service. As a youtube cologne reviewer (CarsandCologne), I have no problem telling my subscribers that I purchase fragrances from them.
