I bought a Hamilton khaki for a good price, the transaction was smooth and I love the watch. I went to purchase another watch, an orient diver, and noticed that the funds were pending but I didn’t receive any notification it was being shipped. After a couple weeks I reached out to customer service and they said they weren’t going to process it because they need to be cautious for scammers. I understand the need to be cautious, I am too, but I had already purchased from them before, so I really didn’t get why they said that. They didn’t do anything to try and verify I was a legitimate customer, just said no, we are canceling the order. Not sure I will buy again from them.
