I received a damaged watch. Ordered a replacement and paid for 2 day shipping because I needed it. Jomashop shipped it ground. You denied it until the watch was ultimately lost for over a week. It finally arrived and all you would do was credit the 2 day air charge. Garbage company. Garbage service. Garbage attitude from everyone I dealt with trying to to resolve. Bought several watches in the past few years between me and my wife from Joma. Will always try to go elsewhere now.
