Several months ago, I placed an order that I still have not received. The estimated delivery time was exceeded weeks ago, and I have yet to receive any clear updates regarding my purchase. Every time I reach out to customer service, I am told to “wait one more week,” yet the week passes and nothing changes. While they assure me that my card has not been charged, the corresponding amount remains on hold, and I do not wish to cancel my order. I also find it concerning that the item I purchased is still listed as in stock and available for sale.
