I’m not satisfied with Jomashop Customer service, they acted unprofessional and did not tried to address or helped me in anyway. They didn’t even set a refund until I called to address my issue.
I was recommended Jomashop for incredible discounts in amazing fragrances. But the customer service and policy is pretty awful.
