Sold me a Montblanc pen just before Christmas 2018. Within a month my husband felt a crack on the piston housing. Jomashop refused a refund, said that they are not an authorized dealer and so there is no warranty. Jomashop asked for a photo so I asked my husband to take one. As he placed the pen on his desk from the holder, the whole piston housing broke off. I sent the photo and again, Jomashop said no refund. Clearly it's fake because my husband has 3 other Montblancs and they have been flawless. You're better off buying something in Chinatown, stay away from Jomashop.
