Although this purse (Michael Kors Voyager Crossgrain Leather Tote- Black) was delivered promptly and is very beautiful it either was "used" or defective. It was packaged effectively which leads me to believe this. There was no way this thing could have been damaged in transit. It was either used or like I said defective but no where in the description did it mention it was used. I will not be ordering here again. I tried to leave a review twice on their website and both times my reviews were deleted. Stay away from this company.
