I ordered a Citizen men's watch online on 01-31-2019. The watch was back ordered and had a 4 to 6 week wait. I was charged and notified via email that the watch shipped on 03-18-2019 and given a tracking number. The shipping was supposed to take 3-5 business days. On 03-25-2019 I tracked the package but it stated that it was never shipped only a shipping label was generated. I then contacted the store directly and they stated that they would look into it and have an answer in a week. I contacted them on 03-29-2019 and the customer service rep told me that they cannot start an investigation until 04-02-2019. The customer service rep also stated that it would take 4-6 weeks to conclude their investigation and they would not refund my money as requested. I had to contact my credit card company to dispute the charge. The customer service was not helpful and did not offer any resolution other than I should wait for them.
