I’ve literally had zero problems with them and I’ve purchased 2 new tag heuer, 1 used Jacob and co, and most recently 1 used panerai.
No issues ever. Always authentic, they do not sell fakes and anyone telling you they do either works for someone else or is simply a liar or ignorant. They’ve been operating in NYC for 20+ years, you think they could sell fakes and get away with it? Please
I agree that their customer service is sub par, but it’s way less expensive so it’s kinda to be expected. They do honor they’re warreanties tho unless you damaged it
