I ordered Kate spade sun glasses and when I received Kate spade glasses came with the Fendi cover , so I am really not sure if this is original glasses ? Might be used too , same day i sent email to customer service ,next day I personally called them too, 3 different people Eugene, Faruk and Rina on email , all of them lack of customer service training , they were behaving as if I am getting stuff from them in free , also i requested them since this glasses and cover both are different it’s hard to believe if it authentic hence I don’t want please send me the return label , but all of were so rude and manner less , one of them hanged up phone on me , i told them I want to talk to manager and they said call after 20 min she is busy , called again Faith (manager) and she agreed since I am not happy with the product and she will send return label and issue a full refund .After few seconds I get email from Rina "We did not offer a label. We offered a return authorization. We do not pay for return shipping”, tired calling again to faith and Eugene and he said she not her and call tomorrow So bottom line is you cannot rely on the team or product. Its wastage of time and money both plus to take this kind of humiliation its frustrating.
