I ordered a watch that they did not notify me was out of stock until after the transaction was complete. I was told, I would receive the watch within 5-7 weeks which is excessive. I am currently waiting for the watch. However, I decided to call to check on the status a few days ago and the phone rep's customer service was terrible. He was completely unengaged in the conversation and gave the impression that he was bothered to be doing his job.
