Horrible customer service! You want to know how good their customer service... just call them with issues on your item. I had purchased a Breitling navitimer for $4145. Received the Navitimer and decided to exchange it for a Breitling super ocean heritage II. Returned it and instead of getting an exchange I was refunded the amount I paid minus the $300 plus restocking fee. I called to speak to customer service to inform them this was an exchange and he stated it was a refund. Asked to speak with a manager and he said there was none available and I would have to call two days later. He was extremely rude and ended up hanging up on me. Wow this is how you treat a customer that was trying to exchange a 4k transaction. Never again! I would never buy from jomashop ever especially if that is how they treat a customer after a expensive purchase. I contacted my credit card company and this is when they charged me and tried sending me an exchange. I told them not to send as I am not doing business with them and I know if I have any future issues with the new watch I was getting it would be a pain in the butt to have to deal with their horrible customer service. If you do order pray you have no issues with the watch and buy with AMEX or a credit card to protect you from these scam artist. I’ll eat the restocking fee and take it as a lesson not to do business with this company. Lesson learned.. go AD or from a jeweler that sells watches with manufacturers warranty and papers. The resale value is higher and they can give prices as low as jomashop. Buyer beware!!! Also I have purchased an Omega speedmaster in the past but I had no issues as I did not need to speak with them but I do know I will not send my watch for warranty work with them. Be sure to read other reviews on their customer service on watch forums before you trust them with your money.
