After ordering via their slick and intuitive website, I was disappointed that despite the ETA of my delivery being a week, as I'm in the UK, I'm still waiting over 3 weeks later. I've sent Jomashop x3 messages via their website and received no response. I called their US customer service line and was told that the delivery was delayed, despite clearing customs, and it's 'normal' I know this isn't the case and I will never order from this website again due to their lack of response to my enquiries, especially as an overseas customer.
