I received a Victorinox watch as a gift. It worked for approximately 6 months. I had to send it back for repair 5 times in the next 2 1/2 years. I would get it back and would only work for a short time. After the warranty expired in three years Jomashop didn't even care they had sold me a lemon, couldn't fix the lemon and refused to compensate me for a watch that never really worked. Stay away from this company unless you like disappointment!
