Customer Service was terrible. Lied about my credit, expedited shipping arrived late, falsely told it was because it was a Jewish holiday. When I let them know I was never made aware that that was the reason for the delay, nor did my confirmation show a delay in shipping.My religion and belief system was put into question. I was hung up on 3 times and cursed out by another customer service agent when he said “I know what really happened and I am not putting up with your bullshit” I requested to be transferred to a manager and they refused. I will never shop here again and I am so offended by their comments. Apparently if you are not Jewish or are not aware of their high holidays your religious beliefs are called into question! This experience was outraging, offensive, and grounds to be sued for your business practices! I am sending a letter to Marvin Sternberg and Faith Horowitz in addition I have notified the BBB.
