I bought two Mont Blanc pens. 1 listed as
Brand new came
Scoffed and scratched. Clearly a used pen. The box was also ripped.
2nd pen -
I agreed to buy as. Open box -
Listing said scratches. I figure -
get it sent and see how bad/light the scratches are. Well the cap was crushed/smashed. Pieces broken or missing. I called customer service and got. The pleasure of speaking to a rude woman. I DO NOT RECOMMEND JOMA SHOP.
