I would give more stars if possible! I often read reviews but do not write them but in this instance I felt it needed to be done. I had read previous reviews from others and I was a bit concerned. I had done a lot of homework before making my purchase and choosing who I would buy through. I called the customer service number for jomashop to ask them a few questions about their products and the reviews on line. Not only were they fast at answering they were helpful and took no offense to the hundred questions that I asked. I am not a retailer or a professional on authentic products but I was very pleased to see that the montblanc pen that I ordered I believe is a 100% authentic. So many people take the time to write a negative response for things that are partly their faults and it only hurts the companies at blame. This shop is excellent and I can’t say enough good about them. I bought this as a gift and I cannot wait to give it. I would shop at this store in the future and if you are questioning call customer service get your answers and you should shop there too.
