I ordered a Suunto Ambit 3 on Veteran’s Day. I got an email saying that it wasn’t in stock and should ship within the next 4 weeks. No biggie, I am in no hurry. It arrived within 3 weeks. Not bad.
Now the bad. The watch arrived in only part of the Suunto packaging. The watch box had been opened and the watch had been used. I complained to Jomashop. They took the watch back and refunded me all except for shipping. I won’t be doing business with them again.
