the items have a good quality I can't complain about that.. but their customer service is the worst I ever talked with. I had to call 3 times to solve one issue I had with my order.... all 3 representatives totally suck, they dont know how to deal with the clients, never ask if there is something else the client may need. that's the reason I had to call 3 times for a single problem... the representative put me on hold when I was talking more than twice....
delivery it okay, take longer than they say but I still get the items. most of the time..
