I ordered a crystal Cheshire Cat on Dec. 1st for a Christmas gift. It is now Dec. 29 and there is no update on my order. The website simply says “processing “. The money cleared the bank the same day as purchase and the item is shipping to an address in the states. This is unacceptable.
