They do not back up warranty service as promised on watches. There is a barely visible scratch that the warranty inspector claims is a deep dent that would have caused power reserve movement to be out of alignment. They merely do not want to take care of fixing a watch that they know needs to be repaired. The watch is in great condition and is a diving watch made to handle the pressures of 300 meters. There is no impact that could have caused the mechanism to fail. in addition, when i purchased the watch i called to tell them about the problem and they told me not to send it back until i had it checked by a watchmaker. I have suspicion that the watch was might have been a fake, now i think more than ever that it is either a fake or that they sell substandard quality watches.
DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID
