I purchased a watch that was "guaranteed" by a certain date. It ended up being very late and I returned it. Jomashop eventually refunded $200 of my $250 price. I understand the return policy does not cover shipping costs (not sure how regular shipping cost for a watch is $50) but what is the point of a guarantee if they won't stand behind it? I was also not able to get a breakdown of how they came up with the $50.
I contacted them several times with no response. The lack of response is the most frustrating part.
