I ordered a J12 Chanel watch on Jan 2. Their website showed that it would be shipped in 1-3 business days. Waited for a week and the order status still showed “processing,” so I decided to contact them. The rep said it would be shipped in 3-5 business days. I waited again but the status still showed “processing.” I contacted them again and this time they told me some BS about PayPal extra layer of verification????? And then canceled my order!!! Do not waste your time buying from Jomashop. I went to buy the same watch from Watchmaxx and they shipped in 2 days without any problem. Avoid Jomashop at all cost!!!!
