Bought a watch from Jomashop last March and had to return it 4 times. I asked if I can do an upgrade, cause this particular brand arrived defective to me 4 times and they wouldn’t let me do that. They just keep replacing my watches every time with a new one. every time I send it back I have to pay 10$ shipping charges. Overall for the past year I worn my watches for 3 months and jomashop had them for another 8 months at their service center. Horrible experience.
