Horrible experience. Bought watch 1/6/20 "5 to 7 business days" for delivery. Three weeks later, no watch. They never had the watch and kept stringing me along. As someone who buys 3 to 5 relatively high-end watches as year (personally or as gifts), I will never shop there again and have blocked all email notifications/ads. Not reputable. Not professional. Misled from the very beginning.
