Customer service is the worst I’ve EVER
Received from any company. I ordered a watch for a friend for Christmas . After almost three weeks and Christmas long gone, I was told that the watch was out of stock now. So I had to wait for it to come back into stock. When I asked to speak to a manager the customer service agent got very upset and started yelling at me that it’s my fault and “I need to read better” and when I asked his name, he hung up on me. I then called back and got the manager who didn’t seem too bothered by my story, and offered me a discount code for my next purchase. A few weeks later I ordered a watch for myself, when I called for the code I was given a “welcome” code for first time shoppers. So anyone could have gotten this code... but then it didn’t work. So I called back and I was told to make the purchase and they will apply the code. I made the purchase... discount was never given... I have emails with their promises and it doesn’t seem to matter.
If you want a watch for a great price... that’s what you’ll get... but if ANYTHING goes wrong, you’re on your own. It’s basically a gamble.
