I ordered a watch for my sons 21st birthday gift. I paid the extra $50 for express delivery. And it was never sent. I never received any reply to my emails and when I finally got someone on the phone, they said that they just needed to confirm the address and it was being sent that day. 1 week later, the money appeared back in my bank account without any explanation or communication about it!
I’m now 5 days past my sons birthday and no gift for him.
Worst online service I have ever experienced.
