I ordered a valentines gift for my wife (Watch) and placed it on the morning of Feb 7 and paid extra for 2 day delivery. They only shipped on the 11th so was expecting delivery on 13th. Tracking the Fedex website it said delivery was on the 13th. In between these dates I wrote Jomashop customer service to find out why it was delayed. 2X no response. On the 13th checked the Fedex website and suddenly no estimated delivery on the site. Called them and was told they received the package damaged and Jomashop told them to ship anyway. Instructed Fedex to return to sender. Horrrrrrible Customer service. Have not heard from Jomashop yet. My wife is disappointed she didnt get the watch she always wanted. Dont to business with this company.
