Their service is 0. No replies for my 3 emails.
My order status is "processing" for 2 weeks. What the heck "processing" mean? Is it shipped or not? It looks lke they have a live chat function, but actually it's a chatbot leading me to the same order status page with no helpful info.
Jomashop is a joke, they might be even a scam since I don't even know if I can get the goods I ordered.
