I usually don’t do reviews, but I had to this time. I started buying from Jomashop in January,2020. I was happy that there is a shop that sells designers items at a good discounted rate. But I have been treated badly. I ordered a pair of tods sneakers in gold and white pictures, and they sent me a brown sneakers. Nothing like the picture on the website, I had to return it, and I was charged $18 from my credit. Even when they were at fault for sending me the wrong shoe. And some of the customer service are so rude.
