Ordered an open box watch that I had a problem with. Followed the instructions given to me via chat and returned the watch. Received a full refund within two days. Ordered a second watch that I received, again within two days, and am very happy with it. The company delivered on its promises. Will order from them again. Definitely recommend for their speedy service and quality of merchandise.
