Still waiting for an item I purchased 3 weeks ago. Keep getting empty promises. Was not aware that the item was not in stock and Jomashop had to get it “from the warehouse”. Still waiting for my daughters birthday gift. Company should of said they could not accommodate item instead of empty promises.
