I purchase my first watch at Joma on April 4 2020 the watch stop working not even the end of April I emailed several times Like 5 times their customer service no respond what so ever.
I took a bite of this watch to have it check by another watch shop locally in my area. And they found battery need replacing.
What a sad story battery did not even last a month.
I am watch collector that buys watch if I like it. I purchase my second watch from Joma on April 24 2020 I hope this one last.
I am no longer nor will buy a watch from this company as they don’t have a good customer service .
For me customer service is #1 .
They lost me as a excellent watch buyer.
