BROKEN WATCH AND NO RESPONSE OR FOLLOW UP BY JOMAS! Avoid!! I received the watch and immediately realized it seems to be broken. I called customer service; after waiting an inordinate amount of time, finally spoke with someone. She was pleasant but took a long, long time trying to figure out what she could do to help me. Eventually she asked me to send her a video showing the problem. I sent it and asked what next steps are. So far, 2 days later and no follow-up. This is a *very* expensive purchase (for me) and is a graduation gift. I am very disappointed in your response so far and think I may have been totally taken advantage of.
