Be wary of working with this company. Their customer service is extremely poor, received a defective watch, they asked me to bring it to one of their repair partners in my city. The watch repair company said it was defective, told me to return it. Jomashop was informed of this, processed the return and sent the same watch back to me with the same problems as before. At this point Jomashop is refusing to refund and asking me to send back again for service. Spend the extra money and go with a more reputable company.
