Ordered a pair of sunglasses and was never delivered. I called Jomashop and was given a 2nd date that it would be delivered, and if it wasn't delivered they would send another pair out priority. 2nd date comes, not delivered... I call and all they could tell me is, "this has been happening a lot lately, it is probably lost". In the end they offered me a more expensive pair of glasses that I would have to pay the difference of. Very unsatisfied with their customer service and how they handled their problem.
