Bought a sunglasses on Tuesday,paid extra for a two day shipping just to make sure I have it on time,I got a message that it was shipped through FedEx to be delivered Friday,FedEx failed to deliver my order on Friday,I called FedEx and they told me Jomashop had put a restriction on my order,I asked them of the type of restriction on an order I already paid for,but FedEx won’t tell me.I called Jomashop many times,no one to pick up my call,tried to use their chat room but that too is very frustrating and annoying as they have no under to my issue.I sent a mail to their support center,till date no response.Got in touch with them on Twitter,IG and Facebook,yet no response.Till this moment my order is nowhere to be found.
I will only recommend this store for people who don’t mind been frustrated,abandoned and uncared for.
