Purchased a Seiko and wanted to change the band. Contacted Seiko to find out my options because all 22mm bands do not fit the same. Seiko explained the watch was not Seiko USA authorized and Jomashop is not a Seiko authorized dealer. It took more than 35 minutes on the phone while also waiting using their online chat and waiting as well. This is too long. Prior attempts to contact them on two occasions via their Contact Us form went unanswered. If pricing is everything to you, take the risk. If you need customer support, you are in trouble.
