I purchased a Seiko Prospect watch form this company. One of the reasons I did so was that I understood that if I was not satisfied I could get a refund. After I received the watch and wore it for a few days I discovered that it did not keep time consistently. JOMA suggested that I try several adjustments which I did. Since the watch still had problems, I followed the return instructions and asked for a refund. I was advised that because I had worn the watch I was. not entitled to a refund. In my view, this makes their claim that refunds are available a false one because you can't try out a watch without wearing it. Look out for this company. They claimed to me that there were signs of wear on the watch but I barely wore it and never subjected it to any use that it exposed it to wear.
