Terrible customer service
I had gift cards to redeem to buy food to a work place party i redeem the gift cards on my account and one of it disappeared
The customer service said that they could see it in my account but they could not solve the problem
After 6 days trying my hardest to contact someone at just eat no one bothered.
I lost £50.
I think i was stolen buy them
There is no customer service, just bad chat box with only automatic answers
Terrible
Very more will use them
Please be far from this company
