I order food for my daughter at 4:30 pm. Only far from 2 miles. More than after 2 hours also it’s not came. They are saying they assigned driver, and always changing timing. At last my daughter slept without food. Poor service. I won’t order again from just eat

Awful customer service, items missing from orders often, no refunds, just thanks for your understanding. Has gone beyond a joke now. Never using just eat again, Deliveroo far better.

My first time using just eat. Ordered food at 6pm from phat fish and chips southampton, chased it an hour later, the time slot kept changing. Phoned the shop they said it was ready but not collected. They said there is no way to cancel the order, you can't cancel on just eat either. Bottom line is it sat on tge counter for 2 hours until the delivery person collected it and tried to deliver it at 9.10pm. The food was in an open carrier bag. Told him to go away and take it back, he sat outside the house for 10mins, probably eating cold fish and chips. The worst service and double the cost

WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN I ordered some food and an item was missing. I advised and expected a refund of that one item. No, it was refused and after asking 3 times now for a clear answer as to WHY they expect me to pay for something I did not receive I am told, it is their final decision and if anything further I am to go to their help page!!!!! This is a simple request and they refuse to give any reason other than NO. Not good enough.

These are criminals. They violate their customers' rights regarding order cancellations and refunds. There is no customer service. No emails, phones or chance to contact a real person. Only chat with AI. They even violate their own policies regarding order cancellations and refunds. The worst service I have ever received or more accurately, I have never received :(

Food arrived 45 minutes late and was stone cold, only edible thing was the salad, gave the restaurant a one star review and just eat changed it to two stars. Contacted customer service who refused the refund and said I had no case, untrustworthy company, never using them again

First order, plenty of missing/wrong items. I reported the items missing and was met with a simple "We've investigated in detail and won't be able to refund you based on the information we have." I'd love to know what information they have, because part of the order was clearly missing and some was plain wrong. I even had pictures of the food received, but they don't give you a chance to provide the proof, it's a joke. The refund doesn't even bother me, which wouldn't have even covered the missing items, let alone the delivery fees and service fees they add on top, meaning I'd still be out of pocket regardless, and that's not to mention the inconvenience of waiting 40 minutes and then having to arrange food for the people whose order was messed up. Their prices are comparable to their competitors except their competitors provide proper customer service. I deleted my account after one order, that should tell you all you need to know, steer clear of JustEats. I wouldn't order with them again if it was free.

Ordered food on 1st October 2025, arrived late, damaged and stone cold. Contacted customer service, who wanted to give me £7 back on an order over £30. Of which I rejected. Requested a copy of their refund policy under the Freedom of Information. Guess what no policy. As of today, I am taking Just Eat to court. I will let people know of the outcomes. But this company needs to take responsibility for their actions.

Delivery over an hour late. The App showed that the delivery driver was at the takeaway to collect the order when he wasn't. I know this because I telephoned the takeaway. Just Eat has no contact number to complain.Just Eat will be able to track how late delivery is and so could offer compensation for not doing what they say they do , which is "delivering food". Bet Just Eat don't , they are too busy advertising . If they do then I will change my review.

See my photo where their disgusting food went Who eats a fried egg that's like rubber after being kept lukewarm for an hour. Apparently Pete from Just Eat customer service who thinks its still consumable? What does he dine on at home, canine faeces perhaps, ok if its warm?

Absolutely dreadful service,waiting ages for an order with delivery times changing constantly,after waiting one hour and another 56 minute to wait I contacted them via Facebook received no reply and I cancelled the order Justeat refuses to refunded this is a joke o wonder where the food is kept is as they clam the food was ready soon after I ordered 2 hours earlier!
