“Awful experience, no customer service anymore. No one to speak to about an order, live chat with AI that just sends you round in circles and not getting anywhere. No number to ring. Food tool 2 hours to be delivered, and was cold. No way to cancel midway through. It’s even difficult to complain. Used to be a good company but has just gone downhill.”

“Ordered meal for sick elderly parent recently out of hospital. Only one message received confirming order. Restaurant confirmed that the order was cooked but no driver collected it. HOWEVER, Just Eat said it was delivered. Diabetic elderly left hungry and needing assistance to get a meal after waiting over 4hrs. Just Eat not responding to messages. No refund. NEVER AGAIN. Diabolical company”

“Terible company food arrived late and the driver had spilt the drink all over the food, he didnt speak any english to explain yhe order was damaged and i was refused a refund. I strongly advise never to use this company.”

“courier left food at the main entrance of the flats where i live, courier said he left it outside my sreet door proberly took it for himself,refused to give my 27.18 back ,there couriers are idiots, i had to give 1 star or else couldnt leave negative feedback they deserve minus stars,i will never order from them again,and everyone should avoid......just useless idiots..........”

“Well after usung them for years I have finally had enough. On Friday night, I ordered food from a place 5 mins from where I live. It said delivery would be 20 mins. As soon as I paid, it jumped up to 30-40 mins. Annoying in itself. After 40 mins it still wasn’t even being prepared. So delivery time just kept going up. I tried to cancel it, 10 mins later I tried again, then a third time… and a fourth. Eventually they made the food and delivery driver got it. I messaged him straight away on the app saying I have cancelled four times, please do not deliver to my house. It had already been over an hour at this point and I just wanted to go to bed. Delivery driver was sat outside my house for 20 mins asking Justeat what he should do and they weren’t responding. So he came to the door with my freezing cold food. He said just complain it is cold and you will get the refund. I had already paid for it so took the food, too cold to eat, ruined, soggy awful chips. £23 worth of food, then they offer a £5 refund. Are you serious? I have been emailing them for days about how the delivery went up loads, the fact I cancelled it four times, the fact I said don’t deliver it, but they still did… got me out of bed to accept freezing cold food and a £5 refund. Had enough of them. Don’t use them, the useless liars.”

“I order food for my daughter at 4:30 pm. Only far from 2 miles. More than after 2 hours also it’s not came. They are saying they assigned driver, and always changing timing. At last my daughter slept without food. Poor service. I won’t order again from just eat”

“My first time using just eat. Ordered food at 6pm from phat fish and chips southampton, chased it an hour later, the time slot kept changing. Phoned the shop they said it was ready but not collected. They said there is no way to cancel the order, you can't cancel on just eat either. Bottom line is it sat on tge counter for 2 hours until the delivery person collected it and tried to deliver it at 9.10pm. The food was in an open carrier bag. Told him to go away and take it back, he sat outside the house for 10mins, probably eating cold fish and chips. The worst service and double the cost”
