"Set of robbing scumbags, I have taken this to consumer rights.\r\nMy husband ordered a kfc today for 5.30 before he went out.\r\nI came home and the food arrived 15 minutes late and was flat cold and only an 8 piece boneless bucket meal to feed a family of 4\r\nI complained to Just Eat, little did I know that my husband had ordered the 8 piece in error instead of the 12 piece but the fact remained that the food was freezing cold.\r\nI had to REHEAT CHICKEN to feed my family.\r\nOver 2 hours later just eat contacted me for PHOTOGRAPHIC EVIDENCE and because I couldn't they refused to resolve the matter...\r\nStay away from this bunch of thieves.\r\nI have deleted the account and will be dealing with this legally as they have breached consumer rights.\r\n\r\n\r\nThis is the response I got.\r\n\r\nRobelin Coronel (Just Eat UK)\r\n22 Mar 2024, 20:33 GMT\r\nHi,\r\nI'm sorry you weren't happy with your recent\r\norder (238903806)\r\nWe take these things very seriously, so when\r\nthere's something wrong with an order, we\r\nalways ask customers to send us a good-\r\nquality photograph. This allows us to look\r\ninto things in more detail.\r\nAs you're unable to send us a photo, we\r\nwon't be able to look into this any further on\r\nthis occasion.\r\nThank you for your understanding and for\r\ngetting in touch with us."

"If I could rate it zero stars, I would have done so. This delivery experience and customer service were the worst I've ever had. Despite confirming delivery to my address, the order was delayed. When I contacted the restaurant, they refused to deliver it. Just Eat declined to issue a refund, insisting the restaurant must authorize it. Even though the restaurant confirmed they had authorized it several times and requested Just Eat to call them back, the support team kept closing the chat without resolution, claiming they couldn't initiate a refund. It's clear they are cheaters, thieves, and scammers. I've found thousands of reviews describing similar situations online. Do not use this app!"

"Absolutely disgusted with how we have been treated. Driver tried to deliver someone else's food told it wasn't mind. He said yes it was. Wouldn't even look at my order took the food and left. No one will help us and get our money back."

"This company is very bad because doesn't help the customer. We order and than the driver keep my order sometimes and put the message as delivered. It is so bad because I am waiting for it. I am trying to contact the customer service and they don't have an efficient system. Really disappointed \ud83d\ude1e"

"when is a delivery service not a delivery service, when its just eat. They are happy to take your money despite knowing there are no delivery drivers in you area, leaving you to watch the estimated delivery time come and go, you contact them they lie and say a driver will deliver in a few minutes and hour later the app still says trying to allocate a driver ....still waiting for a driver 2 hours after it should have been delivered if it ever turns up chances are it will be stone cold"
