Awful experience. I initially thought I might be the only one facing issues with missing orders, but now I see so many similar complaints. They don’t even have a proper helpline number to contact for urgent support — nowhere to properly raise an issue. I had to reorder my food through Deliveroo because of this mess. It’s truly disappointing how they blindly support their delivery drivers without properly verifying whether the order was actually delivered.
