Be Aware. Know this, if any problems arise with your order, Just Eat will not take any responsibly, they will never refund you and they will tell you that. I've been using Just Eat for a long time, they are very expensive and the orders take an hour to arrive. One day my order was disgusting and inedible, it smelled off and I got food poisoning. I called the restaurant they told me to talk to Just Eat. When I told Just Eat they asked for pictures which I sent (food in the bin) they told me to get in touch with the council?? and flatly refused to refund me claiming no responsibility what so ever? Shocking and disgraceful, this company will take your money but when things go wrong they tell you sorry there's nothing they can do.

Customer service is an absolute joke. If you can even call them customer service, as a customer I can say I am deeply dissapointed. My money has been taken away from me with no delivery as they had none in the area. And apparently this is okey within their policy to take my money with no refund. What a JOKE. NEVER ORDER FROM THEM.

DO NOT USE Absolutely terrible service - I ordered a takeaway 16/05 and it never arrived, NO answer from the restaurant as I frantically dialed for the next hour after the delivery time, so contacted the just eat chat service after waiting for a queue for nearly 2 hours - A message flashed up about high call volume, and then I didn't move position again that night - so I had to start cooking tea for 3 really unhappy teenagers who I had promised the first treat in lockdown. I contacted just eat chat service the next day, they weren't willing to help and told me to contact the restaurant myself when I told them I had already done this and there was no answer, they tried telling me tough. I asked for a manager and as shocked when an agent said they don't want to speak to me - (WFT) I refused to take this as an answer and pushed to speak with a manager - they left me waiting for nearly 1.5hrs before a manager came on chat and said I needed to contact the restaurant - I explained the situation again and after some strong wording, they advised they would call them at 5 pm that day and call me back. surprise surprise no callback - I have been on chat since then numerous times with promises of callbacks - I have been on Twitter, Facebook, linked-in, and Instagram to get a callback- THEY IGNORE ALL. I have been promised lots of callbacks from managers and they have never happened. As a last resort, I have opened a complaint with a company called RESOLVER, and if you are in the same position as me, I would recommend they have written to me offering my own back (wow) and £5 compensation - for real. I'm so frustrated it's unreal. I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED SUCH BAD SERVICE IN ALL MY 40 YEARS
