Set of robbing scumbags, I have taken this to consumer rights. My husband ordered a kfc today for 5.30 before he went out. I came home and the food arrived 15 minutes late and was flat cold and only an 8 piece boneless bucket meal to feed a family of 4 I complained to Just Eat, little did I know that my husband had ordered the 8 piece in error instead of the 12 piece but the fact remained that the food was freezing cold. I had to REHEAT CHICKEN to feed my family. Over 2 hours later just eat contacted me for PHOTOGRAPHIC EVIDENCE and because I couldn't they refused to resolve the matter... Stay away from this bunch of thieves. I have deleted the account and will be dealing with this legally as they have breached consumer rights. This is the response I got.
