I ordered through your app and the driver DROPPED my food on the ground outside my door, then tried to hand it to me. I refused it for obvious hygiene reasons. I received no food, no refund, and your support told me “there’s nothing we can do.”
This is a serious breach of food safety. I expect a full refund. If not resolved, I’ll be reporting this to consumer protection agencies and sharing my experience across platforms.
