“I had to cancel an order as I called the restaurant within minutes of placing an order to check they can handle my child's allergen safely, they are coeliac accredited but on this occasion they couldn't cater for us due to issues in their kitchen so I cancelled the order with both the restaurant and just eat however I can't get a refund even though I cancelled within minutes and explained this was beyond my control, I can't feed my child unsafe food. I got through to an advisor who closed the conversation as they couldnt help me and theres no one else to call or speak with. I will make sure I never use their service again and would encourage everyone to be aware of them!”

“Poor service and worse food Ordered from Burger King Braunton road Barnstaple, the food arrived very late after multiple updates saying that there wasn't a driver available. When it did eventually arrive the food was cold and some of the order was wrong. Phoned Burger King who frankly couldn't care less and did not very to resolve in any way. Tried contacting Just Eat Customer services but this is near on impossible. Ultimately the food went in the Bin. Very poor experience all around. Could not recommend to use them in any way”

“Late night visit ringing the doorbell and knocking on the door. Elderly father jumping up to get to the door, no visitors expected. Trying to tell the delivery man from Just Eat we didn’t order anything, no apology, no regard just an inconvenience to him and the company I guess.”

“Would rather walk 100 miles than order through these. Constant late deliveries. When they did eventually give me a discount took it back plus money out of my account and never paid it back when order was cancelled when it was 1 hr late again. Waste of time company. Deleted and use restaurants direct. Cheaper and better service”

“Justeat is really the worst delivery food ever! The waiting time exceed minimum 1h and can go until 4h!!!!!! Also if you want to cancel they fully charge you for your order! They also don't refund for food arriving cold! Really don't advise to order from it!!!”

“Absolutely awful. I tried to place an order and it duplicated due to an app issue (app said "something has gone wrong". The order went through twice, including the same food twice, and premium membership twice!? The company have been shocking to deal with and refusing to help, THEY WON'T EVEN LET ME CANCEL THE SECOND PREMIUM MEMBERSHIP!? So at this point I've paid for 2 premium memberships, and two identical meals, one of which was not even touched. When the error was spotted by us, which was less than 1 minute after the transaction, we tried to cancel it, and they said they would be TAKING FULL PRICE!.”
