Their customer service is awful & unjust.
I complained about one of the dishes not being cooked properly and meat and veg was raw. They asked to send a picture which I did and then replied with - Unfortunately we cannot help you with this matter, but is there anything else we can help you with? why are they asking for help with my query but then refusing that they can’t help??
