Food was not delivered and they’re refusing to refund, or tell me the grounds for not refunding. I have communicated with them via Chat, email and their “partner service line” as the one for customers suggests you go to the app/website and then cuts you off. The partner phone line people were kind, but unable to help. I am housebound, so cannot go out and find something else to eat. I am tired, very hungry, stressed and have had my pocket picked by them. Their customer service is appalling, and the phrase “morally bankrupt” keeps popping into my head.
